The company comprises two Commissioned Land Surveyors with a combined experience of over 21 years offering Land Surveying Services Islandwide to a wide cross section of clients. Services which have been offered include Engineering Surveys, Cadastral Surveys, Topographical Surveys, Aerial Surveys and Small Scaled Hydrographic Surveys.

This is the process of adjudicating, demarcating and measuring property lines in an effort to create a cadastral plan (pre-check diagram) for the purpose
of applying for a Registered Title. Other instances of a boundary survey occurs when the property has already been surveyed but an individual requires that the boundaries be re-established on ground as marks may have been misplaced or the location of the said boundaries are unknown to the client.
This involves the layout of a design on ground created by an Engineer or an Architect or simply put, transfering design from plan to ground.
The process requires meticulous care in achieving high accuracies so that concepts may be maintained and is done with the use of special techniques.
The division of large property into smaller parcels is known as a subdivision and we endeavour to assist and guide clients
in the process of obtaining an approved subdivsion with the end goal being obtaining a Registered Title. We are guided by the Manual for Development and the Local Improvement Act which provides the guide for undertaking developments in Jamaica.
This involves the capturing of terrain data to generate a model showing slopes of the land.

This document is necessary in the conveyance of property as the purchaser and/or mortgage institution find it prudent to ensure that the property is free and clear of any encumberance before any transaction is completed.
